Meet the Team

All our  staff are qualified practitioners or working towards a qualification. Our current Supervisor is qualified to level 5 having obtained the Foundation degree in Early years care and Education. Our current Deputy is qualified to level 3.  Two of our current preschool assistants are qualified to level 2 with one member of staff undertaking her level 3. Staff also participate in continued professional development undertaking short courses throughout the year. All staff are first aid trained and update this as and when required.  Our Supervisor is also our SENCO trained member of staff.

We have a staff ratio of 1:6 for children over 3 years old; 1:4 for children between 2yrs 6 months-3 years old.

Sarah Foundation Degree in Early years care and education
Emma B-Tec national Diploma in Childhood studies
Gail NVQ Level 2 in Childrens care learning and development
Julie NVQ level 2 in childrens care learning and development
Louise Level 3 Diploma in children and young peoples workforce
